  I am currently a full time working Realtor in Lewiston, Idaho, Clarkston, Washington and surrounding areas. Commonly referred to as the Lewis-Clark Valley, located in the Banana Belt of the Pacific Northwest. The Valley is particularly well known for it's weather. Many people see us as an alternative to Arizona. We attract snow birds as well as college students. We have a long growing season (April to September), not too many hot days in the the summer, and only a few days of snow. Snow that is usually gone by noon. And on top of that any activity that you desire is only a short drive away. Camping, hunting, fishing, 4 wheeling, water skiing, jet skiiing, snow skiing, snow mobiling, lakes, rivers and even big city shopping only an hour and a half away.
