As Head of Communications for FAM my primary task is to strengthen communication regarding FAM's role in the Wallenberg sphere and support our portfolio companies in important communicative issues where FAM are involved from an owner perspective. FAM is a privately-owned holding company with a long-term ownership horizon. FAM is owned by the three largest Wallenberg Foundations via Wallenberg Investments AB. FAM focuses its ownership on a number of strategic holdings and a selection of alternative investments. By actively contributing to the long-term development of holdings, their dividend capacity and value can increase over time. Growth in the value of the holdings and dividends from FAM contribute to the Foundations' value growth and their ability to give grants for research and education. In addition to my role as Head of Communication for FAM I work with communication and network activities for the Wallenberg Family and Wallenberg Foundations AB this to build further on the network and the reputation developed by the Wallenberg Family over generations. I also do communication for Wallenberg Investments AB and for Navigare Ventures. In this role I also work to support, engage and inspire the Next Generation of the Wallenberg Family.The Wallenberg family has actively worked to support enterprise and research in Sweden and internationally for over 160 years. Today, the fifth generation carries on this tradition and is leading the family's activities. The Wallenberg sphere, currently comprises 16 non-profit foundations – the Wallenberg Foundations – and the holding companies Wallenberg Investments AB, Investor AB, FAM AB and Navigare Ventures and their respective holdings.
