I had the pleasure of working in Partnership with Laura and her team all the way through Covid from June 2020 to March 2022. Laura and her team were providing temporary staff to 4 of my testing sits across Cambridge where we had in the region of 500 staff. Laura and the team were responsible for supplying all these staff and to plug the gaps as and when staff members moved on. During the whole period I found Laura to be helpful, professional and proactive in ensuring we had the full complement of staff, that they were the right staff for the right fit for the job. All the checks and balances were made prior to anyone starting and all of this was done in a timely manner ensuring we did not have any gaps in the workforce, and we could continue to operate and give the public the assurity of a professional safe service.
