In the administrative frame, as an executive secretary, I focus on supporting high-level executives, conducting research; I usually organize paperwork and electronic files, help the executive secretary in arranging meeting or travel organization for visiting partners and keeping commercial relation through phone, mail and e-mail. I’m usually asked to create spreadsheets, developing presentations or reports, composing correspondence and managing databases. I’m also in charge of the maintaining of our network with our foreigners partners, keeping them updated with monthly reports. I’m responsible of the updating of the Company’s website, composing notifications or newsletters for our customers or partners. In the Logistical frame I’m in charge of the monitoring of the goods delivery and forwarding, according to established schedules and managing the follow up of all activities of the freight forwarder. During the period I figured among the interns team within the EPUF Secretariat ( Euro Permanent University Forum) coordinated by the UNESCO Chair, I had the possibility to improve coordination, organization and relation skills, by learning to work in group with scheduled time objectives, and by working to establish direct connections between the EPUF and a number of Professors from different countries of Euro-Mediterranean area, namely Arabic countries as well.
