Working with Laud has been a wonderful experience, not least because of the exceptional diligence, enthusiasm and kindness he employs as a Financial Administrator at AFG. It was remarkable how Laud developed as a professional, enabling him to successfully deal with challenging situations, tight deadlines and different stakeholders. His dedication to solving problems and to improving himself and business processes is unparalleled and truly inspiring. I moreover admire the passion with which he approaches his profession as well as his knowledge and great intellectual curiosity in relation to business, economics, and other areas such as journalism. In short: Laud is a smart, hardworking and loyal employee with great work ethics!

I worked with Laud at AFG, during a time when we were just figuring out how to get all of our operational systems and policies in place as a company. Coming on as the Financial Administrator, Laud added a lot of value as soon as he joined the team. Organising finances for a services company can be challenging, even more so because our operations spanned many countries across sub-Saharan Africa. Laud has a metered approach to his work, and makes sure that folks know their questions and issues will get addressed in a prompt fashion - or at least updates periodically to post his colleagues with updates. I saw Laud grow in his role, as he had a thirst for picking up new skills from colleagues where he saw areas he could grow. I look forward to hopefully working with Laud again at some point in the future.
