Notable Contributions: Clearly defined the Branch II Mobile Home Unit (MHU) acquisition process by creating the first MHU Process Flowchart. I created the first 10 minute desk side training tutorial presentation for team leads and managers with the purpose of providing new employees with an upfront and face to face training session with their superiors on the organization, organizational operations and processes, assets, and data entry items for temporary housing assistance for disaster survivors. Created the first Process Flowchart for THUs for Commercial Parks (THUCP). Created clearly defined THUCP project life cycle, process life cycle, and execution timeline for commercial park construction. Independently create a THUCP Strategic Overview, Strategic Framework, and Strategy Map based on DHS mission, FEMA priorities and strategic implementations and the Direct Housing vision to clearly define a road map for a way ahead to reduce redundancies. I drafted the first 29 page THCUP guide and SOP to standardize and streamline processes.
