Latonya is not only a mentor, but a strong leader who leads by example. She is constantly striving to create innovative new ideas to help streamline the function of our center to not only help the customers we serve, but the staff as well. With her strong communication and problem-solving skills Latonya has developed numerous strategic plans to help various programs to success. Her on going dedication to her work is evident by the way she leads her staff not only be successful in their role, but in their career. She is always encouraging staff to strive towards their goals and is inclusive whether it is actively listening to anyone's ideas or concerns to being the glue that holds the center together when times are rough. She always wants you to be the best you and for that I am proud to be working under Latonya, she is a true mentor and leader.

Latonya is not only a consummate professional, but a true pleasure to work with. Her enthusiasm is infectious and her ability to both rally the team and dig in and do the work herself is to be admired. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Latonya again.
