Latife was an eager learner, and willing participant in the various meetings and projects I worked with her on and managed. Her personality set people at ease, and allowed her to ask questions and get to the root of issues without turning people off or offending them. Additionally, her drive and willingness to dig into issues made her a valuable asset at CRM.

Latife and I worked together during a period of great transition for the department and the organization. At the time, none of the existing employees knew how to complete some necessary tasks, and a training manual didn't exist. Latife was exceptionally solutions-oriented; she taught herself how to handle the tasks and subsequently trained several new employees. Despite a lack of structure, she remained very focused on her work. She was a pleasure to work with--always thoughtful, kind, and willing to help.
