  From the very bottom of the ladder, I have climbed all the steps in the company, leading me to my CEO position that I have held for 15+ years. I learned the printing industry in practice, following all the printing technologies starting from graphics right up to the age of digitalization. Over the years, I learned to implement individual ideas together with the team.   When I joined Codex, I wrote software to design graphics for securities. Later on, this software became our stand-alone solution for graphics design.Product Manager. This position was probably one of the biggest professional challenges for me, as I had to learn how to deal with people and lead a team efficiently, while I was doing my second degree as a business economist at the same time.
