I had the pleasure of working with Lason during his time at Feedonomics. Lason walked into a sales org and set up that was a bit in disarray. Not much process. Very reactive. Minimal cross-functional work, and not really working in a way to help sales succeed. Lason stepped in, took the wheel, and really helped right the ship to the entire org. Not only is he a great person, truly leveling up his team members quickly, he also was amazing at organizing chaos and making sure key projects got done and the impact we were looking for was there. I would gladly work with him again.
