Designs and implements health education and disease prevention activities for immunizations, STI, HCV, lead screening and case management of lead poisoned children, communicable and food-borne diseases, and rabies risk assessment. Assists the Clinical Services Manager with supervisory duties and serves as back-up when the Clinical Services Manager is absent. Assists in annual grant applications; completes grant requirements regarding reporting and documentation. Participates in department efforts related to accreditation/reaccreditation, performance management, quality improvement, and workforce development.Conducts training for medical providers, nurses, schools, businesses, and other community agencies and organizations regarding public health topics.Manages the Sexual Health Program and Clinic.Plans, coordinates and leads Sexual Health Program team meetings; manages medication inventory; schedules staff for Sexual Health Clinic; maintains program procedures and standing orders.Provides partner notification for positive STI/HIV cases.
