Tech Hub Operations and Outreach Coordinator

Assist in the creation of a robust and inclusive engagement/outreach project plan to address the digital divide in Western MA through a brick-and-mortar Tech Hub located in downtown Holyoke and in satellite locations around the region through digital literacy training classes and workshops, helpdesk support and internet-ready device distribution. The Operations and Outreach coordinator will research best practices for device distribution, act as a liaison between Tech Foundry and the wider community, participate in outreach, marketing and social media activities and engage with key community stakeholders to market the Tech Hub services to their constituents. In addition, the Coordinator can provide support to the Digital Fellows as they hone their technical skills. Finally, the Coordinator will assist in overall Tech Foundry operations as needed.
