Oversee all activities for the Professional Development Unit, providing training, technical, and administrative support services to 400+ personnel across 59 agencies. Work closely with supervisors and management, advising on key procedural and operations functions, including staffing, employee relations, management, and organizational structure, as well as compensation and training. Dispatch a team of Directors and Field Coordinators to mental health symposiums/conferences to raise program awareness throughout the state. Develop and administer a $250K annual training budget, as well as co-facilitate several leadership and communications trainings, including Unwinding Anxiety and the Happiness Project with Gretchen Ruben. Prepare agency reports and communications, including travel/expense claims, training registration and enrollment rosters, official memorandum, and outcomes metrics. Currently conducting a study on the specialized Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) program, aimed at effectively tracking agency activities related to personnel and workforce management across the organization. Continuously assess agency operations to identify deficiencies and implement process improvements.
