As a lead designer and product owner, I am in charge of developing new features and reworking existing ones based on analytics, our goals, and users’ feedback. I regularly have meetings with stakeholders, the marketing team, and developers where we would discuss current progress and future plans. - Improved key metrics (Checkout completion, different User journey steps) - Introduced new features, big and small (from Comparison to contextual list items) - Created a scalable design system that can support the same stores in other industries too (horizontal growth) - Conducted user testings Show less

Together with my developer friend, I’ve created fitness apps. Home workouts for posture, weight loss, yoga, etc. Heartfelt reviews, 3M downloads total - a fun passion project turned out to be impactful and important for our users. Best feeling ever. - Created a scalable design system that works across several fitness apps - Implemented many features based on analytics and user requests - Constantly in contact with users via mail - Drew 241 exercise animations - clean and easy to see during the workout when the phone is on the floor or the sofa - Developed 122 workout plans (with an invited trainer) for various difficulties, styles, and goals Show less

#2 Product of the day on Product Hunt. Fast-growing design agency startup. Much like in Scandiweb, I work with many clients directly, presenting designs to them, discussing it and implementing their feedback. I’ve also got into Webflow, a no-code solution for building websites. I develop CMS-driven websites, wrote tons of custom JavaScript/jQuery code for most demanding projects. #2 Product of the day on Product Hunt. Fast-growing design agency startup. I’ve gained invaluable experience in creating online stores. Sports stores, car stores, clothes stores, sawmill stores, even the biggest banks in Europe - I’ve explored a lot of audiences. I was also mentoring junior designers as part of Design Academy and beyond. I also took part in many processes from working with our CRO team to presenting designs to stakeholders. There were 4 of us - students of GTU - who created a company called Indygo. With them I’ve worked on number of government’s social projects, including a web site that helped youth to make their mind and choose a profession; we’ve also developed VIP online chat design. I’ve started using Figma, which changed my entire workflow with Components and online collaboration; developed complex design system for online chat with Light and Dark themes; There were 4 of us - students of GTU - who created a company called Indygo. One of Georgia’s top digital companies. I got to work with National Geographic, First Channel TV, Georgian Railway and many more. I’ve implemented Figma as company’s main design tool; worked on First Channel TV site’s and apps’ (News, Radio and Reporter) improvements based on analytics and feedback; got a manager to call me an angel. Stunet is GTU’s journalism organization. I did a ton of design work - UX / UI for apps and sites, CGI backgrounds and intros for shows, banners for various events. The best part I’m proud of the most is GTU Tables, an app for students and lecturers of my university to track schedules and academic performance. Uni’s way to get that info was not comfortable, so we did a lot of interviews with other students and lecturers - the target audience - that helped us shape our app. The result was overwhelming success and great word of mouth. The work continued with improvements of functionality and interface based on analytics and feedback. Show less
