  I run a successful business in Suzhou. The “Danish Baking Shifu 丹麦烘焙师” started as a Bakery/Cafés where we (My Chinese wife Sunny & I) let customers feel and taste the original Danish baking, as well as experience North European culture. The two Cafés closed in November 2018, but the Danish Baking Shifu carries on and we are now focused on Catering at big events like CIIE, Bio Fact, China Maritime Fair and many more.We offer support to international companies who want to reach their customers through Nordic taste and lifestyle. Food and cake is a great Branding tool since it captivates customers and is a great carrier of lifestyle, culture & history, all major ingredients of Branding, besides other values as food safety, sustainability & health.
