Lars and I worked together for 1.5 years as the lead developer and product owner for an agile team. I really enjoy working with Lars and we developed an easy rapport. He is communicative, open to suggestions, able to change and pivot efficiently and keeps his composure during difficult times. He effectively ran scrum ceremonies for a distributed team across the US and including off-shore team members. Lars took direction about backlog priority and ran with it. I appreciated that he was open to shifting priorities and made any changes necessary to accommodate them. He works hard to ensure the team is successful, is available to any developer who needed his assistance, and took great pride in the developers successes as they learned and grew. Lars is great at explaining technical issues and problems in a way that a less technical person can understand them.

Served as the technical lead for multiple off-shore development teams, advising architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to best practices and engineering principles. Enabled the successful launch of a single page application overhaul of the legacy Medicare enrollment solution, including plan shopping and comparison, prescription search, and pharmacy search. Guided decision making with the product team in order to achieve an on time and on target delivery of the company's core product offering with the non-negotiable Medicare Annual Enrollment Period deadline.

Delivered the next generation of a Gartner Magic Quadrant "leader" in Field Service Management, taking the project from high level planning through its release to market and subsequent updates. Development involved rebuilding a Windows installed desktop application as a modern web app in Angular 2+. Also created a modern web service layer in Dotnet Core handling complex data transformation between XML and JSON, and built a compiler and interpreter to accommodate a proprietary scripting language.

Worked directly with small business and enterprise customers to create customized web based printing interfaces that integrated with multiple disparate business systems.Provided developer-to-developer support for customers leveraging Teklynx APIs, creating successful outcomes for customers and enabling sales that would otherwise be lost to competitive solutions.
