I enjoyed very much working with Lars on our International Business Plan while we both studied at the Monterey Institute of International Studies. In addition to his strong foundation in business, he has a very open mind, and is a natural leader, making it easy to collaborate with him. He very much had his eye on the end goal of the project and did not waste time on unnecessary activities. During the end of the project when everyone was pressed for time he put in extra time without a second thought in order to get the project done. He is a rare individual and I highly recommend him.
