Lars and I worked on the same team at CPL Integrated Services in Dublin from 2014-2015, I was a Coach at the time when Lars arrived for induction training and he was keen to learn from the start. Lars was part of the Nordic team i Coached and when questions where asked he listened and put the skills he had picked up to good use. 3 Months into the L1 service desk role i knew i could trust lars with any aditional tasks i could provide so he was then promoted to a Back-Up Coach, Reason being that he has good people skills and always wanted to learn and pass on the Knowledge with his Nordic colleagues .
