Performed subsequently successful reconciliations towards Finance. • Transformed the collection strategy in Denmark by performing a tender process with regards to the entire litigation portfolio, closing a sale of the litigation portfolio with an outstanding balance of x.xxx MDKK. Closed a "new to collection" forward flow agreement with a Debt Collection Agency in Denmark and renegotiated an existing Norwegian agreement. • Improved the credit granting infrastructure to facilitate fully automated processes by limiting policy referrals and by means of implementing an automated TaxFolder (eSkat) solution. • Responsible for the Risk work stream in relation to the Due Diligence and later acquisition of a niche bank in Sweden. While doing so I agreed with the local entities on a set of granting principles and guidelines which were formalized in local policies. • Leading a cross country Risk forum within Business area Finance with the ambition to perform knowledge sharing regards credit standards and monitoring, and to exchange insight on recent country specific developments and opportunities.• Transforming the collection strategy on Sweden, Norway and Finland by entering into forward flow sales agreements with local Debt Collection Agencies, selling new to collection accounts on a monthly basis.
