My brother, Russell, and I, along with our outstanding associates, built this company up from one location to six strong locations today. Now our company is transitioning from a second generation company owned by my brother and myself to a third generation company owned by my son, Jason Schneiderman. Currently, I am the CEO and am actively involved in management and planning. However, Jason has taken on key areas and the torch will continue to be passed—I am fortunate to have a son just as passionate about our business as I am.
