It is not often that you come across a manager within Information Technology that is a natural born leader. Larry hired me as a Sales Engineer for AirWatch, without any previous sales engineer experience. I reported directly to him for almost a year. The most impressive thing about Larry that I enjoyed is his communication skills. He has the ability to take on the most challenging customers, vendors, and even co-workers and develop a positive ending relationship. His guidance as a mentor, trainer, and supervisor is immeasurable. Larry has the ability to go into a situation, grab control, and lead the way to the solution. I will miss Larry tremendously at AirWatch and I know he’s going to shine wherever he goes.
