I was hired to translate high level TerraCube clean room design principles for growing/cultivating medical grade cannabis into assembled working prototypes ready for an event in Denver Colorado. I had 6 months to complete this task. If not for a first class designer, superb and truly gifted prototyping team of experienced hands on people, we could not have completed this in time. Anyone who has taken on these types of jobs knows 6 months is but a blip in time. I was contracted to lead this startup company and get them moving in a positive direction. Develop a cohesive business plan and all the strategic client relationships needed to execute. The challenges I faced was having a new technology and no clear place in the cyber security market to play with it (yet).....with the help of some talented and willing team mates, with little to no startup experience, I literally put this company on my shoulders and asked them to follow me ....from zero to the… Show more I was contracted to lead this startup company and get them moving in a positive direction. The challenges I faced was having a new technology and no clear place in the cyber security market to play with it (yet).....with the help of some talented and willing team mates, with little to no startup experience, I literally put this company on my shoulders and asked them to follow me ....from zero to the pentagon in 8 months....stunning achievement and unequalled in my lifetime of consulting.....somewhere in that whirlwind of activity is a book I'd like to write one day.
