The inside sales position was in actuality a Project Manager position, requiring detailed technical analysis of client requirements to include design/build to specification, system layout, developing test plans, managing personnel and equipment resources, customer service and billing. Larry excelled at providing prompt, accurate, and cost effective customer service and was able to successfully overcome the many hurdles involved with servicing international customers.
