I have since specialized in Vacant Land Sales. In 2012 I became aware of a void of expertise in vacant land sales. Anyone with a Real Estate license can represent a land seller, but can they successfully market and sell it? I discovered most Real Estate agents don't understand or have the experience to affectively represent, market, and sell vacant land. They simply don't have firsthand knowledge of land sales and as a result often perform a disservice to their clients. I started as an Associate Agent at Century 21 Realty. I soon became a residential and land specialist. In 1986 I accepted the position of sales manager for Century 21 in Mira Loma, California. I enjoyed training new and experienced agents as well as overseeing day operations for the out of town broker owner. During my time as Sales Manager, I designed three facilities for relocation.
