I was Larry's principal business partner at Charles Schwab for a period of five years. He and his team were exemplary in delivering concurrent projects that included multiple enhancements, version upgrades and rearchitecting of Schwab's enterprise CRM. We later worked together at Kaiser Permanente helping to facilitate the implementation of a new Project Management Office, deploying a new third-party systems development methodology, selecting a sales automation and sales commissioning compensation packages, and led a very successful implementation of Salesforce.com for the National sales force under tight budget constraints and challenging management issues.

Larry is a highly experienced business consultant and the IT Group at Kaiser Permanente was extremely fortunate to have him as their business relationshiop manager. Larry worked on extremely complex projects involving everything from product implementation to systems integration to analyzing and providing solutions for the business to consume. He is able to articulate ideas in a manner that is easily understood. Most importantly, he understand the importance of relationships in business and his ability to forge relationships, especially in diverse environments, is key to his success.
