Completed 35 projects in 17 states. Project values range from $30,000 to $9.6 million. Most of those are hospitality renovations with some retail and residential work mixed in as well. I've managed all sorts of projects. Typical renovations of VWC/Paint/carpet/tile, PIP related scopes, brand conversions, ADA compliance modifications, FFE replacement, Starbucks Cafes, guest marketplaces, restaurant renovations, exterior paint, repairing and resurfacing parking lots, generating scopes for water damaged buildings. I've visited properties to document existing conditions and generate or revise scopes. I've done takeoffs and sourced materials. I have had an opportunity to be involved in everything from design planning to project estimating to project completion and everything in between. I was the Owners Representative on a $9.6 million dollar renovation of a 14 story Hilton where there was mold remediation on the exterior walls on every floor. I've managed as many as four projects in two different states simultaneously. Show less

This is a small courier service operating from Smyrna, Georgia, that specializes in time sensitive deliveries throughout the Southeastern US. I joined their team with the intention of learning the business and becoming an investor in the company. It was a great experience but wasn't the financial opportunity I was hoping for. Managed a staff of 23 and generated $2.3 million in annual sales in a 2900 square foot tavern. I helped coordinate the planning and execution of a Saint Patrick's Day outdoor festival for three years that had bands, bars and food at Peachtree Street at Sixth Street in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. By hiring the right staff and presenting the most engaging bar environment in the area, we became the place to be in Midtown. The tavern was closed to make way for a high rise condominium. I built 188 homes during this time. I closed 84 in 1995. Nineteen of the closings were in December of that year. That was the most closings in a single subdivision in the Metro Atlanta Area that year. That was a brutal schedule that pushed my team and I far beyond what we thought we were capable of. I usually had around two dozen homes on my schedule at various stages of construction. At one point during that last year, I had 46 homes under construction at the same time. We made about 80% of our CO dates and 100% of our closing dates. Show less
