Coming across with driven sales executives is not rare, but it is when you find someone who is also self-motivated, needing no supervision at all, resourceful and incredibly creative. I had the pleasure of working with Larry in 2016 at Unibind, and I was particularly impressed by Larry’s initiative to market the systems through real solutions for potential customers. He was always looking for new businesses, independently if they were not appointed for his vertical and willing to pass them to his colleagues; that cooperation spirit is not commonly found among business development executives. Besides, no matter how high the goals were, Larry was always confident, focused and keeping the pipeline full of potential clients and providing kind and professional follow up, always with a smile.
