I worked with Larrin for a year within Human Resources. Larrin is a great asset to any Human Resources team because she understands business and has a passion for helping people get into the right seat on the right bus. Our department changes and updates were very fluid and, many times, I did not have an opportunity to complete a differential for the new hires. While we worked together, she partnered with me often, sharing her recruiting expertise and suggesting how to best train the newly hired sales people. It was a pleasure to work with Larrin!

I had the pleasure of working with Larrin for several months during an incredibly trying time of growth at our place of employment. Over that period of time, we were tasked with more than doubling our headcount at a high-tech manufacturing facility that was not in close proximity to any highly populated areas, which automatically seemingly limited the pool of candidates. However, Larrin exhibited great skill in managing the recruiting, vetting and ultimately the timely hiring of over 200 associates in a very short period of time, enabling the organization to grow properly and meet the production requirements of our customers. Larrin would be an asset in any capacity of an organization where managing recruiting of personnel, or supervising/managing a staff of associates is needed.
