      Most people believe that attorney's are expensive and unaffordable. It's also a known fact, the legal system is complex and confusing. The problem is also most people don't consult with an attorney except for emergency situations. This is typically due to the high hourly costs, and confusion in knowing exactly who to call. My goal is to educate people on the importance of having a lawyer. LegalShield members pay $25/month to have access to quality law firms through a subscription-based model. This creates a "shared economy" which provides a win-win situation for both the law firms, and the members. Identity theft has become an epidemic as data breaches expose more people to the growing crime. As if they somehow get a hold to your LinkedIn password, or any other social media account, that you may also be using the same password for, then chances are they'll use it to access your bank account. So in these days of the Internet Of Things, where everything is online, Identity Theft Protection is surely needed, with all of the data breeches that have occurred. While there are many choices with various plans in the marketplace, IDShield provides the most comprehensive services, and at the most value. IDShield members enjoy the benefit of a Licensed Private Investigator to restore their identity for them, should their identity be compromised.       As a Tech Expert, my role is to troubleshoot any issues with any device, the customer may be using. This includes cell phones, tablet, smart watches, mobile internet devices, such as Jetpack devices. I do this by using a troubleshooting guide, and by asking discovery questions of the customer, about what's going on with their device, to determine the root cause of the issue, and then provide a solution to the issue, they are having.
