As the SONGS station Performance Improvement (PI) team leader for the previous three years, this letter is my personal recommendation for Larna Powell. I found her to be consistently pleasant, handling her position as the Nuclear Safety Concerns PI representative extremely well. Besides being a pleasure to work with, Larna is a dedicated and capable individual who works very well in cross functional teams. As one of our most reliable core review board members, Larna was able to review highly technical assessment reports and documents on a tight turnaround and provide a well-developed and thorough evaluation of the quality of the assessment reports and results. She was also able to communicate the results of her evaluation to the owners in a professional manner. Larna is capable of handling any challenging position and would be a great asset to any organization.

Linda Arce

Larna was the central point of contact for the department. In this position she provided accurate, detailed information in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend Larna as a worker who would serve as a leader and professional employee. Larna would be a positive addition to any company.
