Among many projects and initiatives, Lariss lead the formation of a strategic plan, the development of a Judicial Endorsements Policy and Expenses and Reimbursements Policy, the revision and updating of the organization's bylaws, and the utilization of a board retreat process to assess the ongoing needs of the organization to function in a healthy and inclusive way. Lariss served as a mentor to Hispanic high school students through Christo Rey and Hispanic law school students through the MHBA's mentorship program. She has maintained strong relationships with mentees and offered ongoing support and guidance.
