Among many projects and initiatives, Lariss lead the formation of a strategic plan, the development of a Judicial Endorsements Policy and Expenses and Reimbursements Policy, the revision and updating of the organization's bylaws, and the utilization of a board retreat process to assess the ongoing needs of the organization to function in a healthy and inclusive way. Lariss served as a mentor to Hispanic high school students through Christo Rey and Hispanic law school students through the MHBA's mentorship program.
