• First Learn the content of the training courses by attending as a participant • Teach-back in front of the Master Facilitator to get certified to deliver the content • Advertise the courses to encourage employees from all regions of the organization to sign up for classes • Facilitate courses that cover topics like: - Effective Communication Skills - Behavior (Psychometric) Assessment - Presentation Skills - Motivation Skills - Situational Leadership - Effective Customer Relationships - Working Efficiently in teams - Fundamentals of Finance - Project Management • Liaise between the participants and the Training Coordinator for other arrangements required (Registration Confirmation, Tuition Fees Enquiries, Hotel & Transportation arrangements, Certificates of Completion) • Follow up with the participants after the class to ensure that they are applying the skills learnt and share their success stories • Provide feedback (either from participants or from myself) to the Training Delivery Manager about Points of Improvement about the content or the facilitation techniques • Improve my facilitation skills by observing other facilitators or by co-facilitation • Prepare a monthly report (Number of courses delivered, Number of Participants, Feedback, Costs Involved, etc…) Show less
