Prior to her current role as Director of the Nonprofit/Cooperatives Division at Quatrro FPO Solutions, Larisa managed a portfolio of multi-unit and financially complicated not-for-profit clients as Relationship Manager. She is experienced in new client transition, including implementing best-practices from other effective sites. She is an organized leader with more than 20 years of nonprofit experience, primarily in financial roles. In addition, Larisa has served as Director of Finance and/or Controller for clients. In this role, she has been available to leadership and staff to supervise day-to-day operations as well as to provide strategic input to planning. She has been responsible for the oversight of the accounting operations, and financial reporting to the management team, executives, Finance Committee and Board of Directors. She is experienced in annual budgeting processing, and working with the management team to monitor their budget through quarterly variance meetings. She has been fully integrated into the organization’s senior staff, which has led to a full understanding of program components that drive the financial position.
