Kendra Eash
Larisa was our first employee and she quickly became invaluable to us as an intelligent, dedicated, swiss army knife of a hard worker, keeper of studio culture and damn good designer. Running a small studio is no easy task, and as any studio owner knows, one of the biggest challenges is finding your people. Larisa became our person: the designer we found ourselves relying on for everything from consistently and reliably nailing a pitch design direction, willingly jumping in whenever we needed a ringer, or slyly telling me about the latest social trends so we could have a bit of fun on social media. Larisa grew so much over her time with us, but one thing was constant: she understood the studio aesthetic, our voice, and, most importantly, our expectations; we truly couldn’t be luckier to have her as our first employee and, as reluctant as we are to share her talent with the world, we couldn’t be happier to see her stretch her wings in the wider world as a freelancer. Any design studio would be lucky to work with her, and should snatch her up if she is available – we certainly will every chance we get.

It was my pleasure to work with Larisa during her summer internship at Imagination for the course of three months. During this time, Larisa was able to work directly with Senior Designers and other creatives from different departments on various design projects. She excelled beyond the expectations of a summer internship. I was delighted to work with her, and look forward to working with her again in the near future.
