Collaborate with other tutors in and outside of their tutoring sessions and provide feedback. Attend trainings, meetings, and other team building activities. Maintain the facility during open hours and manage the front desk when it was understaffed.

  Sequencing part of the Pseudomonas fluorescens L5.1-96 genome in conjunctionwith a USDA research study on Wheat Take-All disease. During this research various biotechnological tools were used including gel electrophoresis, micro-pipetting, DNA purification, and linear PCR sequencing of plasmid inserts. The project concluded by analyzing DNA sequences using bioinformatics BLAST databases followed by a poster presentation/symposium.
