LaRae has a unique ability to take in information and form a sound strategy on the spot; she is intelligent and hard working with a strong set of principals. LaRae is the hardest and smartest marketing person I've ever worked with. While at Gibson alone she launched multiple marketing campaigns, most in paralel and all delivered on time with stellar results. She is a great "Blue Water" strategist and has been a phenomenal marketing senior leader. She's smart, creative, and has an immense attention to detail.
