Curious and collaborative I worked with Lara on a number of reporting processes during my time as the Digital Marketing Specialist at MFG. With the introduction of a new or updated reporting document, Lara would ask plenty of questions about the intent and process behind each so that she properly understood what each report was aiming to achieve, who the key stakeholders of the report were and how best to present the data in a clear and concise format. In addition to this, Lara was always happy to collaborate with the wider Brand team assisting proactively, confident in asking for support if needed, and offering her insights to help others plan and/or refine new campaigns.
