Lara has been fantastic to work with over the last year. She was the AND Academy representative assigned to my Club (team) of 50-60 people to support our learning & development and help us bring the right skills into the team in the right way. Through monthly meetings with the club, Lara helped us to look holistically at our learning needs. She was instrumental in the delivery of coaching and mentoring initiatives as well as delivering Lunch & Learns for us e.g. on how to give and receive feedback. Lara was proactive, diligent and made it easy for us to engage with her and get the results we needed in helping our Club upskill to support our client work and revenue generation. Aside from this I know that Lara received amazing feedback from new ANDis on the onboarding bootcamps she ran at AND. She made people feel welcome, supported and immediately part of AND, both in their first week and beyond. I would work again with Lara in a heartbeat and I wish her the very best on finding her next great thing! Anyone would be lucky to snap her up!

Lara's emotional intelligence stood out to me right from the start; I really respect her ability to navigate sensitive situations with such compassion and sensitivity. She also brings superb structured, logical, organised approaches to teams which really fuels productivity. I've been particularly impressed with the way Lara fuses creativity with huge determination, which leads her to finding interesting and original solutions to learning and development challenges at pace. As well as her ability to collaborate well with SMEs in a whole range of roles to create interesting, engaging learning content, Lara facilitates and trains others with real clarity and calm, creating connected, relaxed environments. Lara has a fantastic range of transferrable skills now; whether applying this in L&D, user-centred research/design, product management or more... she has such exciting potential.
