Laura worked for me for several months as a team leader. Her responsibilities included helping with team metrics and attendance, engaging her peers in team-building exercises and contined learning, problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues, training teammates on how to properly handle standard and difficult calls, and calling contacts hersef. Lara was incredibly dedicated to her job and cared deeply about her teammates and the success of the team. It is fair to say, I could not have been a successful leader without her support.
