I loved working with Lara, she's calm, intelligent, professional, and a brilliant editor. We had similar roles managing large online communities and it was always super useful to talk things through with her. I always came away enthused and with lots of ideas. She's great at discussing thorny moderation problems and always has a diplomatic and workable solution.
