I teach yoga to adults in private classes which I started and developed myself. I have visited several businesses to provide yoga classes to staff for wellness events. I can also teach groups or individuals who wish to try yoga, so far I have provided one-off sessions for Scouts (age 14-18), an NHS Mental Health recovery group, and individuals who are unable to attend a regular yoga class as well as several Hen parties. Interesting to be invigilating at my old school, seeing the same exam centre number that I had to put on all my GCSE and A Level papers up on the boards in buildings that didn't exist when I was a pupil here. Yoga helps with the stiffness that arises from standing so long in the examination room. Teaching yoga to year 12 & 13 as part of the school's Enrichment Programme. Having started to practice yoga at the age of 17 it is an honour to have the chance to teach it to other teenagers, perhaps instilling in them a desire to go further with this practice in the future.
