      Promoted from middle school faculty to leadership and direction PreK to 12th grade experimental and student learning initiatives as Director of the IRC program. Upon closure of IRC program, due to internal reorganization, I maintained a commitment to school mission and continuous growth initiatives by transitioning to full-time upper school faculty.
