Promoted from middle school faculty to leadership and direction PreK to 12th grade experimental and student learning initiatives as Director of the IRC program. Upon closure of IRC program, due to internal reorganization, I maintained a commitment to school mission and continuous growth initiatives by transitioning to full-time upper school faculty. Currently employed as upper school faculty and continue to drive IRC-focused initiatives without the official Director title role. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS & CONTRIBUTIONS Director of IRC (2015 - 2017) - Strengthened organization-wide consensus and focus on student and program success through academic guidance, discipline, faculty involvement, performance tracking, and diverse support systems. - Collaborated with Senior Administrative team and School Faculty to monitor IRC activities, define program objectives, coordinate new program implementations, and identify improvement opportunities across all grade levels. - Fostered a learning environment committed to developing global competencies and preparing students for an evolving 21st-century marketplace by mastering research skills, effective communication, self-initiative, and appreciation for diverse perspectives. Upper School Faculty, Advanced Placement AP US Government & Politics, AP Capstone Seminar & Research (2016 - Present) - Certified to teach AP Capstone suite, including AP Seminar and AP Research. - Conducted AP US Government & Politics and Global Communications semester courses, which introduces students to global education concepts and skill sets necessary to becoming competent and responsible citizens of the world. - Developed a comprehensive and well-rounded curriculum for global communication by incorporating multiple resources from Asia Society, Global Education Benchmark Group, and Global Education Policy Program at Harvard University.
