  In 2017, I was appointed as the Netball U17 A and B Coach. This was a great opportunity to build on the players' strengths, work on their weaknesses and hone their skills. The players found the mental toughness and the high-performance sports training of great value. I was very proud of the U17As who really developed their strategic play to remain unbeaten throughout the season.In 2018, I was challenged to coach the Netball U14 A and B teams. Training younger children required a greater emphasis on skills development. I was pleased with both their technical development and positive commitment to improve their game.
