  I started in the Engineering Dept for the Pump Division as a drafter, then as they were becoming ISO certified and implementing a new business software, I was involved heavily in that process for 1.5 years, then I transferred over to the Fire Truck division to get back into Drafting/Design and bring over the ISO and knowledge of the new software to bring that group up to the same level as the Pump Group.
