the In-Flight entertainment business is a tough business, and nobody was under more pressure than Lani. His department was responsible for designing, installing, and certifying complex aircraft entertainment systems with half the time and half the information required for any reasonable engineering job. Through it all Lani kept his cool and consistently put the right people in the right positions. When things got intense (always), he could be counted on to make decisions based on facts and data.
