Angela is truly one of my favourite people to work with. She is a strategic planning and marketing force with deep listening skills and a profound ability to relate to others. Angela is an analytical thinker that is equally adept outside the box as she is within. If there exists a norm that needs to be challenged, her structured approach to removing obstacles will net desired results. I don't exactly know how she does it, but has demonstrated a gift for moving freely without traditional restraints such as age, demographics, technology, etc. Angela's collaborations bring out the best in people that are committed to progress. Her passion and energy are infectious. Our work together has included a rebranding initiative that has resulted in deep reaching impacts, a remote website relaunch project to complete the rebranding, plus a hugely successful rally of community nonprofits that was conceived and executed in 8 weeks. If you are fortunate enough to have Angela express an interest in your cause, the next words out of your mouth should be "When can you start?"

Angela Martins has the amazing ability to build consensus among leaders and groups with clarity and measurable goals. I have had the pleasure of working with her with a visioning process for community sector leaders to help define future goals and expectations. With Angela’s experience and skills as a facilitator we were able to find a middle ground or common good to help the professional network to move forward. Her superior facilitation techniques, detailed background research and consensus building approaches inspired a professional network to re-define its identity and purpose. Angela challenged us to move away from the comfort zone and enabled us to find options and possibilities in our roles, responsibilities, future goals and actions. Angela Martins is a remarkable management consultant who delivers with great precision, level-playing field and integrity.
