Lanette was a world-class colleague. Lanette originally started out in Payroll. She has great attention to detail and that applied especially to payroll deadlines. Her work ethic was a big reason why our payroll functions were accurate and completed in a timely manner. Lanette eventually transitioned to the role of HR Coordinator. This specific role was challenging from the beginning, as it required facilitating inter-departmental and state agency communications. Lanette was more than up for the task. Lanette provided support for members of the Executive Team on licensure concerns and projects for specific assignments. Along with these responsibilities, Lanette always was able to provide accurate reports produced through Salesforce for licensure monitoring purposes and built client/site specific reports. Lanette was comprehensively organized and prepared at all times; retrieving files and information quickly and providing efficient help. It was Lanette’s passion and her diligent work ethic that set her apart from others. Above all, she was highly respected and always maintained professionalism, strong communication, and was supportive to her colleagues around her.
