As the COO with a strong technology background, I lead all areas of operations including logistics, call center, technology and software development for locations around the US. My primary focus is on business process improvement, security, and scalability. I oversaw the integration of both the IT infrastructure and software, staff, and business processes from IDS to Virtuox. I successfully implemented strategies and programs in the call center that saw double digit increases to conversion rate even during a period of explosive growth. Consolidated call center and logistics from several locations to one to reduce cost and streamline management structure. Successfully migrated from Genesis and Asterisk platforms to Ring Central/ Nice InContact. Managed overall direction of software and I.T. with multiple vendors across the US and India. Directed the operational and technology with a new outside Due diligence team for acquisitions, and have successfully rolled out the integrations of 2 new testing verticals and several new product integrations along with the related call center and logistical procedures and continual improvement.
