I am pleased to share my positive experiences working with Landon Nguyen, the Global Head of Marketing and Business Development. Landon is an engaging and influential leader, always bringing a burst of energy and good mood that lifts the entire team. His enthusiasm is not just contagious, it's a driving force that gets everyone excited about our projects and goals. In addition to his energetic presence, Landon is known for his inclusive leadership style. Landon's passion for his work is clear in every project he oversees. His strategic mindset combined with his focus on client satisfaction leads to consistent and impressive results. It's this dedication and enthusiasm that make working alongside him not only productive but also genuinely enjoyable. In short, Landon’s positive influence, warm nature, and unwavering support make him a remarkable colleague and leader in our marketing and business development initiatives. Landon is a great leader and mentor and I was very lucky to work on his team for Toyota’s Tokyo 2020 Olympics campaign at Saatchi & Saatchi. He really knows how to bring out the best in people and play up each team member’s strengths and passions to create great work for our clients. He led our team with dedication and enthusiasm, and no matter what, I knew he had our backs. And it was this level of support and guidance that inspired me to always be giving 110% and always motivated me to want to do more and want to do better. On top of that, he is just a great person to work for. Whenever there were late nights or the millionth revision to a budget proposal, he not only was in the trenches with us every second of the way, but he did it with a smile and always had the best attitude. Through the good, the bad and the ugly, his positivity and leadership is what got us through the craziness. I can’t recommend him enough. He is great leader and a wonderful person, and I truly miss working with him.

I worked under the direction of Landon at the Global Olympics account. His method of leadership created and environment of collaboration and accountability amongst all members of our team. He is results oriented but at the same time, he leads with fairness and empathy. Landon has the ability to find everybody's hidden strengths, and works with the best everyone has to offer. I always felt valued and heard when working in his team. Landon is also a great communicator and his ability to interact with the client is remarkable. I am grateful for the experience.
