Oversee Quality Assurance team, providing technical leadership, mentorship and strategic direction. Work with development team to build a robust and Continuous Integration development and testing environment, identifying and addressing pain points as soon as possible.Architect, develop and maintain test automation infrastructure and repository. Define automated test criteria, design & develop the organization’s Test Automation framework, developing automated tests for functionality that meets specified automation criteria. Analyze and report on customer adoption and usage patterns to be used in developing strategies and tactics to drive increased utilization and customer value.
